Unique 3D PVA glue with the ultra-fine nib allows you to write or create your own decorative designs on your cards and scrapbooking pages, quickly and easily.
Goes on white, dries clear and sticky, and maintains its raised effect once it is dry. It will not flatten so don’t worry about using it in your albums.
Use the STIX2 3D PVA Glue with glitter, micro beads and transfer foil.
Attaching the Metal Nib:
Snip the plastic nib no more than 1/8" from the end. This will depend on how much adhesive you want to flow out. Screw the metal nib onto the plastic nib as tight as you can get it, to ensure you get the adhesive to flow correctly through the metal nib.
The unique metal nib will allow you to dispense a very small amount of adhesive, ideal for very delicate applications where you want a very small amount of adhesive. Great for quilling, cardmaking and scrapbooking.
When using with STIX2 glitter or micro beads:
Draw/write with the glue, wait until the glue goes COMPLETELY clear, then sprinkle glitter or micro beads over the clear glue.Blow or tap off the excess.
Embossing powders may also be applied over the clear glue and then heated.
When using with STIX2 Shiny Transfer Foils:
Draw/write with the glue, wait until the glue goes COMPLETELY clear, then apply the foil, colour side up, by simply rubbing the foil with your finger (not your nails) over the clear glue. If you missed a spot, simply go over it again with the foil. You can intermix the different colours of foil if desired.
Transfer foil will transfer to any surface that has adhesive on it. Use it on top of tapes, adhesive dots, double-sided foam pads and shapes, double-sided adhesive shapes created with punches.
Care instructions:
The nib must be kept clean – Unscrew the nib from the bottle tip and WASH NIB WITH HOT WATER AND SOAP AFTER EACH USE. To make it easier to handle and clean the nib under hot water, thread a 4 inch piece of metal craft wire through the nib, fold back the wire at one end to prevent the nib from slipping off and place it under the tap. When it is clean, screw the nib back onto the bottle of glue and store with a dressmaker’s pin inside the nib. As an alternative to the wire, purchase G.U.M. Eez-Thru Floss Threaders.
STORE PVA GLUE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE. DO NOT EXPOSE TO EXTREME TEMPERATURES – above 35 degrees Celsius or below 0 degrees Celsius as glue will solidify and become permanently unusable.
