Introducing our Design Team - Mélissa Lamontagne

Every few weeks we will be showing Artwork from our fabulous Design Team. Today we would like to introduce Mélissa Lamontagne.

A little about Mélissa:

My name is Mélissa Lamontagne, I am 29 years old and I have been married for 5 years, but  we have been together for over 12 years. I am the mom of two marvellous children, Carolane (8 years) and Maxime (2 years). I am the owner of a marvellous shop in Quebec City - Scrapbook Café on Pierre Bertrand boulevard. I have been scrapbooking for over two years and I ADORRRRRRRRRRRRRRE it!   I work 50-70 hours per week in my store but when I have spare time..... I scrapbook! I think that my style is rather conservative. I love to sew stitches onto my pages! I love  STIX 2 products: they add a little spice to my otherwise conservative pages…

Je m’appelle Mélissa Lamontagne, j'ai 29 ans et je suis mariée depuis 5 ans, mais en couple depuis 12 ans et demi. Je suis la maman de deux merveilleux enfants, Carolane 8 ans et Maxime 2 ans. Je suis propriétaire associée de la plus merveilleuse des boutiques à Québec Scapbook Café sur Pierre Bertrand. Je fais du scrapbooking depuis deux ans environ et J'ADORRRRRRRRRRRRRRE Ben oui faut ben, pas ben ben le choix. Donc je travaille 50-70 heures semaine dans le scrapbooking et lorsque j'ai du temps libre et ben..... je fais du scrapbooking !  Je pense que mon style est plutôt conservateur, j’adore faire de la couture dans mes pages! J’adore les produits STIX 2, ils viennent mettre une touche de folie dans mes pages concervatrices.

"BON EN CHOCOLAT"

STIX2 Product Used:
STIX2 3D PVA glue with nib
STIX2 Seed, Beads and Glitter: Pink Glitter
STIX2 Shiny Transfer Foil: Brown
STIX2 Magic sheet

Flower : Fine Glitter – pink on chipboard.
En chocolat: I used the magic sheet in the cricut machine with Fine Glitter – pink.
Flowers & scroll: With a brush I put pva glue on transparency chipboard with brown foil and I made the scroll with pva glue and brown foil.

"REGARD D’ANGE"

STIX2 Product Used:
STIX2 3D PVA glue with nib
STIX2 Seed, Beads and Glitter: Green
STIX2 Shiny Transfer Foil: Ivory & Green
STIX2 Magic sheet

Doodling on the transparency: I used STIX2 3D PVA GLUE and covered ot with the Ivory transfer foil
Chipboard doodles: With a brush, I spread a thin layer of the STIX2 3D PVA GLUE onto the chipboard and then applied the STIX2 TRI-PAK Mini Glitz – green.
REGARD title: Fine glitter- green on chipboard
ANGE title: I put magic sheets in cricut machine with green foil.
Circle: I have sewn on the Seed Bee’ds – green on my page.
